Trainers; boots; flat shoes; high heels; lace-ups, slippers; flip flops; pumps; sandals; and cowboy boots.
How many did you get right? And own?

What kind of materials shoes can be made of?
Step 4

Write the types of shoes you can remember and describe the shoes in as much detail as you can.

Think and write what types of shoes you would wear in the following situation:
- You’re going on a walk in the mountains in winter.
- You’re going to an interview for a job you really want.
- You’re going to the beach in the summer.
- You’re going on a date with a person you like and want to impress.
Step 7
Have a look at the following words: Jeans; shirt; skirt; jacket; sweater; and coat
Now come up with words to describe each item of clothing. For example, to describe a shirt you could use: Cotton; silk; short-sleeved; long-sleeved; plain; striped; and patterned.

1. Describe your favourite item of clothing in as much details as possible.
2. How would you describe your style?
3. Do you prefer to dress up or dress down?
4. How often do you get dressed up?
5. When was the last time you got dressed up?
6. Where do you buy your clothes?
7. Do you like shopping for clothes?
8. What colour clothes do you like to wear?
9. Do you know anyone who’s a fashion victim / a slave to fashion?
10. What do you think of second-hand clothes?
